Sriracha Honea Mushrooms

This is a wonderful, spicy and sweet mushroom recipe accompanied by Honea But+er roasted tender stem broccoli. This recipe was created by Clarisse Flon

Sriracha Honea Mushrooms


  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 4 tbsp Honea
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Honea Butter Roasted Tender Stem Broccoli

  • 4 Tbsp Honea Butter
  • 7 Tender Stem Broccoli


Honea Butter Roasted Tender Stem Broccoli

  1. Preheat oven 180C

  2. Place the Tender Stem Broccoli in a roasting pan and top with the Honea butter

  3. Roast for 10 minutes

Sriracha Honea Mushrooms

  1. Slice the mushrooms

  2. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes over a medium heat

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry for a further 2 minutes on a low/medium heat

  4. Serve with rice or couscous
